How to Use

Stage 1: wear it snugly but comfortably for 15 to 20 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week, keeping the first use under 15 minutes. Stage 2: shorten the head Velcro to lift for 20 to 35 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Stage 3: adjust the head and cheek Velcro for moderate lift, 30 to 60 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Reduce the time if it feels uncomfortable, and hand wash after use.
